We offer a 30-day refund policy — if 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.
Please note that we do not accept physical returns. All eligible refunds are processed without the need to return the item.
Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, one or more of the following must apply:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong item was received
- The item was lost in transit and never delivered
- The item is significantly different from what was described
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by customs or local postal services
- Items marked as delivered by the carrier
How to Request a Refund

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

- Contact your credit card company as processing times may vary
- Contact your bank as there is often a processing period
