Shipping Policy

At Maéve Skin, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order at any time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Maéve Skin ships internationally and your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order if you are concerned about potential customs fees.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or other household members
  2. Check around your property including any safe spots the carrier may have left it
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
  4. Wait 3 additional business days as packages are sometimes marked delivered early

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Maéve Skin is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately at [kenan.kopic97@gmail.com] and we will do our best to make changes before your order is dispatched.
